Hi, I'm Marianne

award winning Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist in Bristol (and Online)

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in unhelpful patterns, you’re not alone.

 

I support people who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again - whether that’s through solution-focused hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, somatic movement, or therapeutic yoga.

I work with clients across Bristol and online, so you can choose whatever feels most comfortable.

A bit about me

Whilst I live here in Bristol, I'm originally from Scotland; I have two young kids, who are my biggest teachers,  and understand the joys and challenges that that can bring!

 

A self-confessed neuroscience nerd,  I’m endlessly fascinated with how the brain  works and particularly how we can change our unwanted thoughts or behaviours to live a better, more fulfilled and easeful life. ​

I strive to hold a safe, friendly, relaxed and professional space for you to be valued, to be heard and fully supported on this positive therapeutic journey.  Sometimes I invite humour, where appropriate, humour can be so helpful sometimes.

​

​​Clients (and friends) describe me as open, friendly, warm and empathetic; I have a great deal of respect for the work I do and the evidence-based approach of these therapeutic approaches.
