I'm Marianne;

Welcome! I'm really glad you're here.
Many clients of mine are surprised at how fast-acting and transformational solution focused hypnotherapy can be.
This gentle yet powerful therapy really resonates with me - we work together to support you in exploring your feelings and behaviours (and any changes you wish to make), helping you to rekindle your spark, feel more motivated and grow your resilience.
We help you to find ways to live with greater ease and confidence, in a way that is just right for you - through talking therapy and gentle hypnosis.
I know how much courage it takes to contact a therapist for the first time. With this in mind, I consciously strive to hold a friendly, warm, inclusive and safe space for my clients to be heard and valued.
As an experienced therapist, and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, one of the aspects I love the most is working collaboratively with my clients. We work together to help you develop your own robust "toolkit" - to help you develop greater self-worth, resilience and a sense of being able to trust yourself and your decisions.
This then becomes your toolkit for life.
