For me, there is something incredibly rewarding about supporting people to feel and explore their feelings, and to rekindle their spark.
Helping people to find ways to live with greater ease and confidence, in a way that is just right for them - whether through therapy or movement - is what gets me out of bed in the morning!
I consciously strive to hold an inclusive, open and safe space for people to feel heard and valued.

As an experienced and compassionate hypnotherapist - and therapeutic yoga teacher - one of the aspects I love the most is working collaboratively with my clients to create their own unique, robust "toolkit". This then becomes a toolkit for life.
