ABOUT MARIANNE

I'm Marianne;
aN AWARD-WINNING clinical hypnotherapist, psychotherapist and yoga facilitator.

Many people are surprised at how fast-acting solution focused hypnotherapy can be.

 

This gentle therapy supports you in exploring your feelings and behaviours (and any changes you wish to make), and to rekindle your spark, feel more motivated and grow your resilience.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy helps you to find ways to live with greater ease and confidence, in a way that is just right for you - through talking therapy and gentle hypnosis.

 

I know how much courage it takes to contact a therapist for the first time. With this in mind, I consciously strive to hold a warm,  inclusive and safe space for my clients to be heard and valued.

As an experienced and compassionate hypnotherapist, and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, one of the aspects I love the most is working collaboratively with my clients.  We work together to help you develop your own robust "toolkit" - to help you develop greater resilience, self-belief and compassion.
